Download now and get running in minutes
No registration required to download the official Windows installers for Koxiv and Bakyru. Koxiv’s 15-day free trial activates from the site or inside the product—the download is never paywalled. Each card below links the matching PDF manual next to its installers; the setup wizard still lets you pick an installer language.
On a network, you use two installers: one on the PC that hosts the index, and another on workstations that search and open files. Only need per-machine backup? Jump to Bakyru below. Pricing: see plans.
PC that hosts the index
Run the Koxiv Server installer on the PC that indexes folders and keeps the catalog for everyone else.
Other PCs
Install Koxiv Client on machines that only need to search and open files against the shared index.
Try it on real files: tax IDs, contract numbers, or any phrase inside the document—whatever you actually search for day to day.

Koxiv Network, Koxiv Enterprise, and Bakyru
Three columns: pick a product line, grab the Windows installer (direct, no registration), and download the PDF manual from the same card.
Indexing and searching — one index, many customers
Koxiv Network is built around one index server and multiple workstations running Client. The same installers power Start, Pro, Business, and Scale; your plan caps how many machines can run Client at once—no new download when you move between Network tiers.
Full-text search inside supported files, plus text-in-image when scans are sharp enough. Typical needs: Windows 10/11 64-bit, 8 GB RAM (16 GB for heavy libraries), SSD on the index host.
- Server
- Installer that indexes folders (local or UNC), stores the catalog, and serves Clients. Put it on the machine that becomes your Network’s single index host.
- Client
- Installer used to search and open hits—one per workstation that only queries the index (no indexing workload on those PCs).
- Network / VPN
- Server and Clients must see each other on the network (LAN or stable VPN). Ports, firewall rules, and share permissions follow your IT policy.
- Manual (PDF)
- The PDF manual downloads in one click from the button below—no registration. The installer still lets you pick a setup language when it launches.
| Plan | Typical limit |
|---|---|
| Start | Up to 2 machines with Client · 1 index server |
| Pro | Up to 5 machines · 1 server |
| Business | Up to 10 machines · 1 server |
| Scale | Up to 20 machines · 1 server |
Need multiple index servers with a single unified Client? This is Koxiv Enterprise — another pair of installers, on the card to the side.
When running the installer, the setup wizard offers language choice at the beginning.
Multi-server — own installers
For operations with more than one index server (bases per branch, area or project) and a Client that queries every index on the intranet. No mix with the Network packages: here the executables are those from the Enterprise folder; the search engine is the same Koxiv ecosystem, with multi-index architecture.
Typical scenario: each unit or area maintains its own index server; the user searches once in Client Enterprise and scrolls through aggregated results, within the limits of the contracted plan.
- Enterprise Server
- Installs the indexing service on every machine that should host a catalog; several servers can coexist on the intranet up to your plan’s licensed server cap.
- Enterprise Client
- One desktop app that queries multiple indexes with a unified results view, bounded by your plan’s licensed Client seats.
- Manual (PDF)
- Same one-click PDF manual download below—no registration.
| Plan | Index Servers | Customers (search) |
|---|---|---|
| Start | Up to 2 | Up to 5 Clients |
| Pro | Up to 3 | Up to 10 Clients |
| Business | Up to 5 | Up to 20 Clients |
| Scale | Up to 10 | Up to 50 Clients |
The same installers work for any Enterprise tier; The plan defines licensed servers and clients. Values and periods in Enterprise Plans.
When running the installer, the setup wizard offers language choice at the beginning.
Scheduled backup by seat (Windows)
QuantumLinx line for smart Windows backup: profiles with source, destination, and 24-hour schedules; engine in mirror mode (keeps the destination aligned with the source, including removals when files disappear upstream); dashboard with progress and metrics; optional alerts (email / WhatsApp). Does not use Koxiv installers.
At the origin, the flow is reading and copying; at the destination it remains as a faithful mirror of what was selected for the profile. Ideal for workstations with critical folders and recurring copy policy.
- Installer
- One executable for every Bakyru tier (Start → Scale); your plan caps how many stations stay licensed. Download is direct from this site with no registration wall. After install, activate a trial or paid license per your contract.
- Manual (PDF)
- Download the PDF manual with the button below, same as the installers.
- Destinations
- External drive, another local volume, or a UNC path (NAS/SMB) reachable from the workstation. The plan scales with how many machines run licensed backup jobs.
- Licensing
- Validated by QuantumLinx; each protected PC counts against the tier you purchased.
- Environment
- Windows 10/11; profile options, schedules, and alerts are summarized on the Bakyru product page.
| Plan | Machines with backup | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Start | 1 station | Single licensed workstation |
| Pro | Up to 5 stations | Small teams or light branches |
| Business | Up to 10 stations | Mid-size fleets |
| Scale | Up to 25 stations | Largest catalog tier |
Values and periods (monthly, quarterly, etc.) in Bakyru Plans. Software; the tier defines the machine limit — similar to Network in Koxiv.
The Bakyru wizard also lets you pick a setup language on first launch.

After download: first steps
Two workflows — Koxiv (team search and indexing) and Bakyru (per-workstation backup). You pick the installer language inside each setup wizard.
Koxiv — search and indexing
Bakyru — backup at the station
Test with real data
Koxiv: search your real library for phrases you use every day—purchase orders, work orders, batch IDs, contract numbers, anything your team actually types into the search box. Bakyru: start with a small, intentional set of folders, confirm the destination stays in true mirror sync, then widen coverage before you let automation run unattended.
Common questions before downloading
Goal: pick the right package (Koxiv Network, Enterprise, or Bakyru), download in one click, and know exactly where to turn on the trial—without second-guessing.

🪟 What system does each product run on?
Koxiv and Bakyru on this hub are built for 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11.

In almost every network rollout you install Server on the machine that owns the index, then Client everywhere else. Use the PDF manual on the same card to double-check prerequisites and the recommended order of operations.
💿 Bakyru: download on this page?
Yes. Use the Bakyru card on this page for the installer (instant download) and the PDF manual. The Bakyru executable does not install Koxiv. Limits and pricing: Bakyru plans; product overview: Bakyru product page.
