Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Policy explains how they work cancellations and refunds for software licenses sold by QuantumLinx, purchased via third-party checkout, such as online payment and subscription platforms.

2. Right to regret (7 days)

For purchases made outside a physical establishment, including online, the consumer can exercise the right of repentance within the period of 7 (seven) days counted from the date of purchase, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

3. How to request a refund

The request must preferably be made through the checkout channel used upon purchase. When necessary, QuantumLinx can guide the procedure via email or support.

4. What happens to the license after refund

After confirmation of refund or cancellation through the checkout platform, the license linked to the purchase may be:

  • Canceled or blocked to avoid use after refund;
  • Have access and activations removed according to the contracted plan and applicable technical mechanisms.

5. Deadlines and method of return

The amount refund period may vary depending on the payment method and checkout platform, which may involve card operator rules, PIX and internal processing of the platform used.

6. Requests outside the 7-day period

After the legal repentance period, refunds are not mandatory, except in cases provided for by law, such as a proven defect not remedied within a reasonable period of time, when applicable.

7. Fraud and abuse

In case of attempted fraud, system abuse, violation of Terms or misuse of licensing, QuantumLinx may adopt protective measures, including blocking licenses and recording evidence, respecting applicable legislation.
