Logs and Audit Notice

1. Purpose
This Notice aims to provide transparency about technical records (“logs”) related to licensing, security, fraud prevention, stability, and support in the services and flows operated by QuantumLinx.
2. What may be logged
Depending on the product, plan and flow used, the following may be recorded:
- ✓Licensing events: issuance, activation, validation, renewals, blocking and invalid attempts.
- ✓Technical identifiers: environment/device data required for per-machine/server limit control, anti-fraud, and license integrity (minimization where possible).
- ✓Security logs: IP, date/time, suspicious attempts, abuse and authentication patterns.
- ✓Support Logs: technical information provided by the user for diagnosis (e.g. prints, descriptions and log files sent voluntarily).
3. What we don't do
- ✓We do not sell personal data.
- ✓We do not collect personal user content “out of curiosity”. Records exist for operation, security and support.
4. Legal bases and minimization
Data processing in logs can be based on contract execution, legitimate interest(security, anti-fraud, audit and improvement) and/or compliance with legal obligation, in accordance with LGPD. We always seek to record the minimum necessary to achieve the purposes.
5. Retention
Logs are retained for as long as necessary to: (i) security and audit; (ii) incident resolution; (iii) fraud prevention; (iv) compliance with legal obligations; (v) protection of rights in disputes. Deadlines may vary depending on the type of event and operational risk.
6. Security
QuantumLinx takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect logs against improper access, alteration, loss and unauthorized use.
