Términos of Use and Licensing

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, activating, installing or using any software licensed by QuantumLinx, the user declares to be in agreement with these Términos. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using it.

2. Nature of the activity

A QuantumLinx atua exclusivamente na commercialization and management of software use licenses, not carrying out custom development or transferring intellectual property. The contract refers to the temporary right to use the software, within the applicable technical and commercial limits.

3. Grant of license

The license granted is:

• ✓Non-exclusive
• ✓Non-transferable
• ✓Revocable in case of contractual breach
• ✓Limited to the term and contracted plan

Nothing in these Términos implies assignment of copyright, source code, algorithms or any intellectual asset of QuantumLinx.

4. Propriedade intelectual

The software is protected by Law No. 9,609/98, Software Law, and Law No. 9,610/98, of Copyright, in addition to applicable international standards.

It is prohibited:

• ✗Decompile or reverse engineer
• ✗Modify activation or licensing mechanisms
• ✗Resell or sublicense without formal authorization
• ✗Using the software for illegal purposes

5. Technical plans and limits

Each plan defines technical limits, such as the number of máquinas, servers or users. Use beyond what is permitted may result in automatic blocking of the license, suspension of activations or requirement to adapt to the correct plan.

6. Free Trial

QuantumLinx may provide a prueba gratis period. The test may contain limitations and may be terminated in case of abuse, fraud, use outside of its intended purpose or violation of these Términos.

7. Payments and right of withdrawal

Payments are processed by third-party platforms, such as Kiwify or other integrations compatible with QuantumLinx's business operation.

Pursuant to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the user may request a refund within 7 (seven) daysin purchases made outside a physical establishment.

After the legal deadline, refunds are not mandatory, except in cases provided for by law, such as a proven defect when applicable.

8. Suspension and cancellation

The license may be suspended or canceled in the event of:

• ✓Uso fraudulento
• ✓Violation of these Términos

9. Updates

The software may receive updates, improvements and corrections. There is no guarantee of compatibility with outdated systems, modified outside of technical recommendations or kept in an inappropriate environment.

10. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• ✓Carry out your own backups
• ✓Maintain adequate technical environment
• ✓Correct system configuration

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantumLinx will not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses resulting from inappropriate use, incompatible environment, third party failures or non-compliance with technical guidelines.

QuantumLinx's total responsibility, when applicable, will be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months related to the license in question.

12. Data protection

The processing of personal data occurs in accordance with Law No. 13,709/18, LGPD, and our Privacidad Policy.

13. Uso internacional

Users outside of Brazil acknowledge that these Términos are governed by Brazilian laws, without prejudice to any applicable local mandatory standards.

14. Changes

QuantumLinx may update these Términos at any time. The current version will always be the one published on the website.

15. Foro

The jurisdiction of the district where QuantumLinx is headquartered is hereby elected, with waiver of any other, unless otherwise provided by law.
